About Erica
Hello! I’m Erica, an MSW, LISW, and the founder of Full Circle Mental Health LLC. My passion is helping clients navigate life's most complex transitions and heavy seasons through tailored, integrative therapy. Whether you are seeking premarital counseling, navigating the unique friction of merging households, or unpacking spiritual trauma, I completely customize my approach to your unique story.

I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. In our sessions, we will honor your innate resilience while creating a deeply safe space to process past wounds. Depending on your goals, our collaborative roadmap will draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT skills, the Gottman Method, and Bowenian family systems. Together, we will work toward bringing your relationships and your life back into full circle.

About Michael

Welcome to Ready for Change Ministry. My focus is on the structural heart of our mission—ensuring our nonprofit has the resources, partnerships, and community support necessary to fund our sliding-scale therapy slots. I work directly with local churches, individual donors, and community organizations to build sustainable bridges of support for families in need. We believe healthy individuals and thriving families form the foundation of a strong community, and I am dedicated to expanding our reach so that no one has to walk their healing journey alone.

Our Shared Mission

Ready for Change Ministry was born out of a shared vision to bridge high-quality clinical care with community accessibility. Through our experiences, we noticed a critical disconnect when it comes to quality, trauma-informed mental health care within our church communities, and we wanted to bridge that gap. We also recognized a severe shortage of affordable care options for individuals and families who are underinsured or completely uninsured.

We believe that financial hardship or a lack of adequate insurance coverage should never stand in the way of mental, emotional, and relational healing. Together, we founded this 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to remove these specific barriers to care, offering a safe harbor where individuals, couples, and families can find their path back to wholeness.
